Despite careful handling and research of the respective sources, tang-IT does not accept any liability for the content of third party internet services that can be reached using links presented on the tang-IT web pages. tang-IT is not responsible for the content of any external web pages, documents or services. tang-IT assures that the links contained on tang-IT web pages did not point to illegal content when the link was created, repectively. Furthermore, tang-IT denies any responsibility for content of web pages that were modified after having been linked on the tang-IT web pages.

Log files

According to custom withing web site management, tang-IT keeps protocol files of access to tangIT web pages. The information contained in the log files include date and time of the access, the URL of the page accessed, the IP address of the computer accessing the page and possibly an identification tag attributed to the access. This data are used solely for internal purposes in order to continuously enhance the tang-IT web presentation. All log information is deleted after evalutaion.

Personal data

Generally, tang-IT web pages can be used without specification of personal user data. Some tang-IT online offers may require the requesting of such personal data in order to process the services. The latter applies to inquiries using eMail addresses. tang-IT assures that personal data provided will be treated with the greatest possible care and that such data will not not disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
